Consider 2 Opportunities for Apprenticeship
1) Participate in an Informal Learning Network, called an Inquiry Cluster
Our Inquiry Cluster environments give you direct participation in, and actual practice of, leading-edge principles for conversation and values-based decision-making by way of WINfinity’s Framework. Give yourself the gift of this experience and learn the skills to take back to your own work and community.
2) Apply to be Mentored, for even deeper study
Deepen your skill even further through the Mentorship Program. Observe in the Inquiry Cluster, take observation notes to share and from which to learn, receive weekly mentoring, network with the community, and get access to additional resources.
There are only a few select spots. Be sure to discuss with Trae what excites you most.
