Inquiry Clusters
Designed to build relationships first
A variation on and blend of Appreciative Inquiry and Dialogic Practices, Inquiry Clusters are small group, open source, environmental countermeasures that amplify whatever methodology or discipline you apply.
Principles-based, they can be facilitated by a seasoned facilitator from virtually any discipline world-wide, who has previous field knowledge and experience to draw upon. Once having familiarized themselves with WINfinity’s Pattern Integrity, facilitators are able to guide Inquiry Clusters as learning environments for next-level decision makers to discover what can happen when relationships come first and practice it.
