What We Do
15 years of observing and experimenting has generated the following critical paths of action:
Learning Modules – Orientation Audios and upcoming E-Learning (2024) to orient people to the skills of effective collaboration

Inquiry Clusters – A facilitated brave space for participants to practice the skills of deep-listening leadership using WINfinity’s Pattern Integrity (learn more about Inquiry Clusters)
o Gain adaptation skills that hold up in the face of challenges
o Create an environment for thriving
o Model authenticity and connection as a foundation
o Establish the social architecture for collective wisdom to emerge o Practice matrixed collaborative choice-making
Inquiry Clusters – An opportunity to Identify and leverage patterns of effective collaboration (learn more about Inquiry Clusters)
o Engage facilitators to continually identify better ways of interacting, making decisions and dealing with conflict
o Recognize that gathering people together in this explicit way ultimately generates responsive innovation much more quickly
o Allow discoveries to be continuously revised and assist us in pivoting towards whatever is most urgently needed in the world

o Support values-based discussions and prioritization of actions.
o Provide the structure AND the flexibility to accommodate new data as it emerges through dynamic and ongoing inquiry
o Produce obvious results that provide clarity for all to find agreement.
o Provide a view of data for constructive dissent and response-ability conversations o Improve satisfaction and engagement of all stakeholders
o Turn clarity of intention into values-based action
Sentiment Polling – An invitation to be heard and to increase community engagement (learn more about Sentiment Polling)
o Validate the people currently researching in “The Field” by capturing ongoing data
o Experimenting with the process since 2019; refined by over 700 participants so far
o Poll response rates trend participation much higher than most averages
o Provides reports and insights to partners that allow curators and coordinators to see what is emerging and respond to it in an effective manner.
